About us
SPORTIZ provides a full range of event and race planning, production, management and consulting services. The firm has had the opportunity to produce and manage many sports events including marathons, athletic events, cycling events, cyclothons and corporate sports activities in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Working with officials for necessary route permissions, handling registrations, engaging with local running clubs, promoting the event through new age and traditional media, organising and being responsible for course management and set up, Sportiz does it all.

- Creating and installing a layout for the Start
- Developing a detailed parking plan
- Developing AID stations and volunteer programs
EQUIPMENT
- Creating a comprehensive equipment and supplies list
- Sourcing race equipment
PLANNING
- Event conceptualization and creative development
- Comprehensive event planning and timelines
- Working with or creating an event organizing Committee
- Assigning and listing responsibilities for all involved
- Assisting in developing and managing race operations budget
- Meeting with potential race sponsors if and when appropriate
- Providing a written wrap up report and event critique following the completion of the race
PRE-RACE
- Developing credentials and security plan
- Assigning all bib numbers in cooperation with race timing company
- Working with all product sponsors specific to needs, delivery and involvement
- Organising Bib / Race kit distribution to all participants
RACE DAY
- Creation of script/content for race announcer/mc
- Assisting with development of volunteer needs program and job descriptions
- Assisting with development of all needed medical coverage and Aid station supplies
- Developing officiating plan and deployment of volunteers/ manpower
- Coordinating with sponsors, media, race officials etc
